Real Estate Content Optimization
So, you’re ready for real estate search engine optimization? My greatest advise is to build as much content as you possibly can! This will build up your keyword density and relevance in the Search Engines. Keyword density is the percentage of keywords you use within each page. It is important to stay between 5-10%. For instance, if you have a hundred word article, you should not have “real estate” written any more than 10 times for optimal results. When you are building content, keep in mind that Google places high emphasis on the title, H-tags, and the quality of link that is pointing to that article. You want to also have the file name as close to your keywords as you can. Using these three simple techniques will increase your performance in all search engines. Please take a look at the articles below my picture on OptiTrex. Notice how each article is less than 500 words and has only 3 hyperlinked keyword phrases. Also, take a look at the bolded and italicized words. If you use these special content building techniques, your keywords will have greater value in the eyes of Google. If you build your Website similar in structure to this, you will have tremendous results. Sites that are build by Advanced Access will have a challenge bumping up their rank of internal pages because of the way their database names URL’s. It is important to keep URL’s short and to-the-point. Have a theme for each page your write and stick with it. Also, make sure that your content is grammatically correct. Yes, even Google will dock you for that!
